Meet Melissa Palmer

DUE DILIGENCE EDUCATOR AND CONSULTANT

Melissa’s career has been built on uncovering the truth. As a Special Agent in the Air Force, she conducted complex federal investigations, sharpening her ability to detect fraud and deception. She later applied that same analytical mindset as a Behavioral Research Scientist, studying human behavior and risk patterns.

After experiencing investment fraud firsthand, she shifted her focus to identifying the gaps in practices and education and repeated pitfalls in the real estate industry, combining her investigative skills with real-world investing experience.

Now, she helps investors verify opportunities, assess risk, and make informed financial decisions—because when you’re investing hundreds of thousands of dollars, time and energy into building your dreams, what you don’t know can cost you everything.
